Educational Programmes

The Management Team of the Drave – Rover Scout Centre offers several educational programmes. Discover them below.

Valley Programme

This programme aims to transform the Old World into a New World, enabling the Old Man to progress along the path towards the New Man.

Programa Cume

This programme promotes introspection and growth in a conscious, active, and responsible way, enabling the setting of goals and objectives both individually and as a Clã.

Sun Programme

This programme aims to provide the clan with a retreat experience, guided by Saint Paul and B.-P. It requires the clan to be self-sufficient regarding meals and overnight stay.

Rivers Project

This programme, developed within the framework of SCENES, encourages organised local groups to adopt 500-metre stretches of rivers or streams.

Goose Network Programme

Developed within the framework of the Goose Network, this programme aims to introduce a European network of Scout centres, across different countries, different Scout associations, and different thematic areas.

Rescue Programme

This programme aims to provide the clan with a dynamic and interactive informal joining experience.

It takes the form of an Escape Room game, held across several rooms of the Casinha.

Ecological Footprint

This programme, developed within the framework of SCENES, makes it possible to calculate the CO₂ emissions produced by the activity you will carry out in Drave, and to determine a compensatory number of trees to plant (and care for over 10 years).

Before the activity, you must complete the form with the actual data, making a smart effort to reduce the ecological footprint as much as possible. At the end, the number of trees that must be planted to offset the activity’s CO₂ emissions is calculated.

The programme is completed once you submit a report presenting your calculations and sharing with us how and where you carried out your tree planting.
